Fulfillment Policy
At Arte Maren Inc., we ensure that our services are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we take all complaints about our services very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the "Policy") informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines for refunds for services purchased from Arte Maren Inc.. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery Policy
At Arte Maren Inc., we sell digital marketing services and physical books. We deliver some of our services to clients electronically and telephonically according to their requests. Physical books are shipped within 24 hours (United States only).
Return & Refund Policy
There are NO returns for digital marketing services, but we offer refunds if the service has not been performed at all during the term of our contract. Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if: You received what you ordered but simply changed your mind about the service or book. You were aware or notified of the problems with the service before making the purchase. You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use for it. You received the service/product and failed to make a report within seven days from the date of the receipt.
Cancellation Policy
Once a contract has been signed with Arte Maren Inc., cancellations are not permitted. Payment is considered a signed contract.
Project Abandonment
If after repeated attempts by Arte Maren Inc. to begin service, continue service, or finalize the delivery of the Services, Client fails to participate or becomes otherwise unresponsive to Arte Maren Inc.'s requests and such continue for thirty (30) days, Arte Maren Inc. will consider this project abandoned. In that case, Arte Maren Inc. may reduce any potential refund for the Services to the Client to zero.
Administrative Fee
All refunds are subject to a 7% administrative fee, to be deducted from the refund amount.
How to make a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to support@artemaren.biz stating your complaints. We will immediately verify your complaints and refund at our discretion.
